Por Venezuela estar\u00e1n involucrados los estados T\u00e1chira y Zulia; y por Colombia estar\u00e1n el Norte de Santander, Cesar y La Guajira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abQueremos que sea una zona binacional, primero de paz, de integraci\u00f3n comercial, de inversiones, de desarrollo industrial, agr\u00edcola, agroindustrial, de sustituci\u00f3n de cultivo (\u2026), planes conjuntos binacionales de salud, educaci\u00f3n, cultura (\u2026) coordinaci\u00f3n permanente policial y militar, para liberar esta primera zona binacional de violencia de grupos narcotraficantes, paramilitares, sicariales y de cualquier \u00edndole\u00bb, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las aspiraciones del Jefe de Estado apuntan a que un III y IV trimestre cierren con un s\u00f3lido crecimiento econ\u00f3mico, de al menos el 9 % sobre el Producto Interno Bruto (PIB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>29 ni\u00f1os por retornar, \u00abun tema imperdonable\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Mandatario nacional record\u00f3 que no descansar\u00e1 hasta devolver a sus hogares a todos los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as venezolanas que a\u00fan se encuentran retenidos por autoridades estadounidenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que el Gobierno de EE.UU. se comprometi\u00f3 a regresarlos. \u00abTodos volver\u00e1n. Todav\u00eda quedan 29 ni\u00f1os que estamos reclamando intensamente (\u2026) y el operativo continuar\u00e1 hasta el regreso el \u00faltimo ni\u00f1o y ni\u00f1a.
